Giving the mind a break and sinking into the sensations of being alive allows the body to do what it needs to in order to move with, through and past the damage done by overuse, overthinking, and trauma, no matter how small. Why Dancemeditation™? If nothing else, it's 2 hours of quiet existence and movement exploration in a peaceful setting. No judgement. No pressure. You may even take the most rejuvenating 5 minute nap of your life. You may feel lighter, rested, open to inspiration, and looser in your body. By shifting focus from controlling the body, to following it, we open ourselves to receptivity, relaxation, rest, and inspiration. Kryss will lead you through breath-based Basic Practices, into free movements, and cued exercises. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED.
