Event Rules & Disclaimers
To ensure a smooth, safe, and memorable experience for all attendees, the following rules will be strictly enforced. By attending or participating in this event, you agree to abide by the terms listed below.
1. All table purchases are final.
There will be no refunds for any reason, including no-shows, illness, travel delays, or scheduling conflicts. Refunds will only be issued in the event of a full cancellation of the ball. By submitting payment, you fully agree to this policy.
2. All production files must be submitted by Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET.
This includes all introductions, audio, and custom content. Files must be emailed and clearly labeled with the contestant’s full name and category.
• Maximum length is 60 seconds for all categories except Grand Prize and Mini Grand Prize, which may be up to 90 seconds.
• Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
3. Admission at the door must be paid in cash.
No other forms of payment will be accepted at check-in.
4. The following materials are strictly prohibited inside the venue:
Smoke bombs, fireworks, confetti, glitter, spray paint, body paint, hot glue guns, and liquids. Any effect or costume requiring these materials must be fully assembled prior to arrival.
5. Any act of violence, aggression, or threats will result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
6. For any category with a cash prize of $1,000 or more, there can only be one winner.
No taking it “as a house.” Refusal to battle when called will result in disqualification and full forfeiture of the prize and trophy.
7. Only judges, credentialed staff, and pre-approved media are allowed on stage.
All others must remain offstage at all times.
8. Judges’ decisions are final.
No appeals, challenges, or revisions will be accepted.
9. Smoking is not permitted indoors.
Designated outdoor areas will be provided for smoking.
10. Animals and pets are not allowed inside the ballroom.
