Looking for a way to keep the kids busy during Thanksgiving break? Tell them it's time to get ready for the Kid Market! Anyone under the age of 18 can set up a table/blanket to sell or barter their wares. Crafts, baked goods, old toys, books, clothes...imagination is the limit!
This is a completely DIY event with no registration, so best to show up a little early to claim your spot. (If there are any parents out there who would like to piggy back on the event and try to purge some kid stuff, we'll allow it 😉) Just make sure the kids have change or access to venmo, etc. All are welcome to shop! Spread the word, and see you then 🥰
P.S. volunteers for extras: We could use a banner like the one in the picture! Let me know if your kids are interested in putting something together. Doesn't need to be fancy 🤷♀️
In the past, we've sold hotdogs, chips, soda, and beer with proceeds going to Clouet Gardens. I'm not able to myself this year, but could help someone gather things if any adults would be interested in cooking and collecting money 🤷♀️ This is total lagniappe, so no sweat if it doesn't come together
