In this unique workshop, you'll flow between gentle yoga poses and mindful sketching sessions, allowing your body to guide your creative expression while your art practice deepens your physical awareness. Research shows that creating art literally rewires the brain, strengthening neural pathways and enhancing cognitive flexibility, while our brains reach peak performance when stimulated through physical movement and creative challenges simultaneously.
