Beef Quality Assurance Training (North)

Northern Panhandle beef farmers have the opportunity to receive beef quality assurance training from Jerry Yates, 2026 National Cattlemen's Beef Association Educator of the Year.

This training will equip farmers with modern, science-based techniques in:
-Proper Nutrition & Handling
-Cattle Care
-Sustainable Practices
-Vaccinations
-Biosecurity & Disease Prevention
-Record Keeping
-Herd Health Management
-Treatment Protocols

Farmers who complete the course will receive their beef quality assurance certification. If you have already received your certification, completion of the course will result in recertification!

Register and payment must be made by April 1st. Register at npcdwv.org/payments/p/bqatraining or stop in the NPCD Office in McMechen.
