Hot Sauce Contest If you think you can handle the heat, you'll want to plan on joining us for the Hot Sauce Contest taking place during Taco Fest. Contestants will be challenged through ten rounds of different hot sauces increasing in hotness level. Short activities will follow every round. Registration for this contest is same-day only and will be open at the entry tent from 11 am until 5 pm (or until filled).
