Over two hours you will work through the Value Proposition Canvas on your own idea, mapping the jobs your customer is trying to get done, the pains that get in the way and the gains they are actually chasing. You will pressure test the assumptions sitting underneath your concept and leave knowing which ones you need to go and check with real people.✨It is hands on. Bring an idea, however rough, and a pen. You will spend most of the session working rather than listening, with facilitators moving between participants and time set aside to test your thinking against the group.We run it twice on the same day so you can pick the session that fits around clinic, ward or teaching commitments.
