Intro to Sourdough Bread Making (adults)

IIn this beginner class taught by the owner of Golden Greens, Nikita Shepherd, we’ll explore each step from starter to golden crust so you'll go home with the confidence and tools to begin your sourdough journey! Makers will learn how to take care of a starter, mix their own dough, learn the art of shaping and scoring dough as well as tips on baking sourdough. Each maker will receive a jar of active starter and their shaped loaf to bake at home.
