Due to a lack of knowledge surrounding these new innovations within the field of orthopedics, as well as minimal evidence-based outcomes research, caregivers are now finding themselves having to make difficult decisions when treating a patient and developing his/her plan of care, often evoking peer-to-peer controversy. This educational activity is designed to change how a clinician will consider a patient's plan of care after recognizing the potential positive and negative impacts posed by the variety of clinical interventions, both in the orthopedic continuum & rehabilitation continuum of care in order to achieve the best possible patient outcomes.Target Audience:This program is designed for MDs, PAs, PTs, and ATCs.
