BreathWork And Grounding

March 1- 1-2:30pm BreathWork and Grounding with Eve
Learn to tap into the simple, powerful techniques for calming, resting, and focusing that are
right within you. This interactive, 90-minute workshop is a "hands-on (breath-on)" experience
designed to educate and inspire (prepare for an "Oh my gosh, I haven’t been breathing
correctly, like forever!" moment). Come share how you ground yourself and realize the full
potential of your own inner resources.
