Whether you’re looking to teach or simply dive deeper into your practice, we’ve got you covered. Our 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training is for those looking to teach or get certified. It is a rich and immersive experience that goes beyond the physical postures. We are proud to offer a diverse and experienced faculty, including guest teachers who are specialists in their fields of expertise. You’ll not only learn from your lead teachers, but also from a variety of voices, giving you a well-rounded, hands-on, and dynamic education.
For those who are not interested in teaching but are passionate students, our Yoga Enrichment Program is the perfect next step. This program is for students seeking more — more philosophy, anatomy, science of yoga, physical postures, pranayama, among a like-minded community of peers and at a discounted rate. This path offers a flexible schedule, where you can practice at your own pace and get out what you put in.
The journey begins in January and runs through May 2026, with most meet ups taking place at Sukha Studio.
