Popik & Stewart

James Popik and Mark Wilber Stewart have a rich history of friendship and musical collaboration in the area, most recently fueling the acoustic Americana of the Back Door Band. James and Mark have now put their heads and headstocks together as a duo. Expect a tasty mix of Americana, roots rock, jazz jams, folk and folk rock propelled by guitar, bouzouki and the occasional mandolin or fiddle to keep your toes tapping and your heart singing. These veteran musician-singers deliver popular songs, traditional songs, jazz standards and more, all with soul and guts and groove.
