Struggling with sleep, stress, or just feeling overstimulated this season? Join us for a calming evening designed to help you reset.

You’ll bring your own mat, settle in, and let the deep tones of crystal sound bowls do the work. We’ll provide a blanket and eye mask to help you fully unwind. The room will be softly lit with candlelight, and we’ll close the session with a warm cup of sleepy tea to ease you into the best night’s sleep you’ve had in weeks.

$25 per person Come solo or bring a friend, just come ready to relax, your only task for this session. No mat, no problem? We have a few extras to loan out if needed.
