- **Event Name**: Rock Lottery Drawing 2026
- **Event Start and End Date**: Fri, 11 Sep, 2026 at 06:30 pm – Fri, 11 Sep, 2026 at 08:30 pm
- **Event Description**: A reminder for everyone who has already signed up, and a nudge for those of you who haven't signed up yet... the drawing is coming up soon!

Drawn by lot, chosen at random, a few dozen fearless musicians get together for an unforgettable one-off gig. Brand new local Super Groups will be created on the spot from a pool of musicians who have never played together before.

Names will be randomly drawn and the new groups will be given a set of challenging musical tasks to master with only three weeks to practice. The bands will then face off for the first round of Rock Lottery performances on Sunday October 4th at Scottish Dave's Pub.

Note: The Rock Lottery "competition" is open to all musicians, regardless of preferred genre, instrument or skill level. You do not have to be present at the drawing to participate. For more information, or to sign up, email ideatvillage @ snet.net by September 9th.
