Wesley Yarbor is a career dancer for 48 years and a flexibility and strength coach for the last 20 years. This class is about regaining strength throughout your body to increase your balance, flexibility and to regain confidence in yourself. Come enjoy this wonderful class with Wesley Yarbor!
