✨ Mamas & Mantras at Gandiva Yoga! ✨
Calling all mamas who have been craving a spiritual practice that includes your little ones... this one’s for YOU. ? 

If you’ve been longing to chant, connect, and share mantra practice in a community of like-minded families, consider this your sign. ? 

? Kids are encouraged to join in the chanting and bring any tiny instruments like hand drums or shakers to enhance the magic. 

This class is all about:
?? Holding space for mothers who want to keep their own practice alive
? Gently introducing mantras to children in a fun and nurturing way
? Building heart-centered connections with other families 

✨ FREE to sign up, pay what you can at the door (suggested in-person donation $20). I am holding space from 10:30-12:30. However, it is not required to stay the whole time. Come and stay as long as you like, just please register so I can plan 

? Let’s raise our voices (and our little ones’ ) together.
