Join us for an evening of Yoga Nidra and Reiki, where you’ll be gently guided into a state of conscious relaxation—resting the body while the mind softens and the nervous system unwinds. Supported by the grounding energy of the earth, this practice invites you to release what you’ve been carrying and return to a place of steadiness within.

As you rest, Reiki will be offered to support energetic balance and subtle healing, allowing you to receive without effort.
This is a space to soften.
To be held.
To simply be.
No experience is necessary—just come as you are.

You are encouraged to dress in comfy clothing and invited to bring a favorite blanket and pillow. We will also provide props to create a cozy yoga nidra nest for you.

Eat a light meal prior to practice and consider bringing a journal to jot down revelatory information that surfaces.

Tea will be served after practice to give you additional time to quietly reflect after your journey.
