Deep Time is a five-week outdoor series on the bedrock at Sherrill Brook Park — long-hold evening practice paired with real earth science, led by Dr. Krysia Kornecki, certified yoga instructor & micropaleontologist. Each week you'll take home a different stone from the story beneath your mat.

**THE FIVE WEEKS**

? Aug 2 — GROWTH · The science behind the stones you already love, settling into a slow restorative flow.

? Aug 9 — GROUND TRUTH · Grounding, taken literally — on 12,000 years of glacial till and the bedrock beneath your mat.

? Aug 16 — FORMATION · A flow built like sediment: loose, then settling, then bound. You arrive coherent.

? Aug 23 — HORIZONS · Long-hold yin anchored by the Herkimer diamond, formed in this ground 500 million years ago.

✨ Aug 30 — HIATUS · Meditation in the space between thoughts, as the first stars appear over the park.
