NYLT at Camp Workcoeman 2026

NYLT is returning to Camp Workcoeman for the fourth summer in 2026! Come to enhance YOUR leadership skills to making an impact on your troop! Lead by scouts, this course is hyper focused on developing leadership skills on topics such as planning, managing conversations, making ethical decisions and so much more while having fun!


Leadership is a key function of any troop and is imperative for your program’s development over time!
