Aromatherapy Float Meditation

Welcome to our April Aromatherapy Float Meditation! 💐

Bring yourself into a space of wellness. Calming the mind and body and gifting yourself this time of peace as you gently float a few feet off of the floor in our aerial silks.

You will be guided throughout the process of entering the silks and finding serenity there. Once you arrive you will be gently swaying to the beautiful and relaxing sounds of carefully curated ambient & healing vibrational tone playlists that clear energy and transport you to a place of euphoria.

Allowing your body to let go of tension, ease anxiety, and be able to find release from things that aren't yours to carry.

Center yourself and turn inward for your own meditation practice if you wish.

The perfect balance and blend of essential oils, relaxation, and heated eye masks will have you floating on cloud 9 in no time.

Optional inversion at the end to boost serotonin, endorphins, and dopamine while improving mental clarity and blood circulation.

Blankets and heated eye masks will be provided but feel free to bring along anything that will make you feel cozy.
