We are very excited to announce our first competition out of the studio for 2026,   We are hosting it March 28 and inviting anyone who would like to sign up and participate!   First come first serve as spaces as spaces are limited!     

We will be starting heats early that day to ensure we can fit as many people in as possible! 

We will put out the competition details weekly, aswell as a 6 week prep to follow & weekly workout groups if you would like to be extra prepared! 

We are offering early bird pricing from now until the 17th!
