This workshop is aimed primarily at youth and adults.
*Seating is limited and registration is required. 
Vivian Zhou is a Chinese-Canadian cartoonist and illustrator based in Halifax. She loves writing stories filled with magic, and her work often blends fantasy with personal narratives. Vivian is best known for being the creator of the graphic novels "Atana and the Firebird" and "Atana and the Jade Mermaid". In 2025, she received the Emerging Artist Recognition Award from Arts Nova Scotia. This workshop was made possible through the Healthy Libraries, Healthy Communities program, with funding from the Aberdeen Health Foundation.
