Attend all 10x weekly classes or any number you'd like to attend.



Please bring along your yoga mat or a towel to practice on.

Optional BYO:

* perhaps a ground sheet/tarp if the ground is damp/cool

* perhaps a light covering during relaxation, scarf, throw, towel or socks

* water bottle

* sun protection

* insect repellent if required

* Anything else that you might need to support your comfort during the class.
