Lotus is hosting a pre-opening Yin Yoga + Meditation class Jan 3, 4:00pm, before we officially open our doors Jan 5th. It's the perfect opportunity to check out our NEW studio space and immerse yourself in one of the many classes that will be offered at Lotus. Space is limited as classes will be hosted in our Salt Lounge creating a completely unique experience. Pre registration and payment is required due to limited space. Cost $25

This 60-minute Yin + Meditation class is a sacred pause—an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your inner rhythms. Through long-held, gentle yin postures, the body is given time to release tension stored in deep connective tissues, while meditation is woven throughout the practice to support grounding, awareness, and energetic balance.
Rather than separating movement and stillness, this class blends yin and meditation seamlessly. Breath awareness, guided imagery, and subtle intention-setting help calm the nervous system, shift the body out of “doing” mode, and invite a sense of safety and ease. As the body settles, the mind naturally quiets, creating space for intuition, presence, and quiet insight to emerge.
This practice is well-suited for anyone seeking restoration, regulation, emotional balance, or inner nourishment. All levels are welcome. Come as you are, move gently, rest deeply, and leave feeling centered, supported, and more at home within yourself.
