Mum Days Sessions 2026

Come for a blether and a cuppa while the kids play! (Children aged 0-5 years old welcome) Free drop-in for mums & pregnant/birthing people.

Mum Days is a very relaxed and informal group for mums and birthing people run by fellow mums.

We welcome mums of any age, whether you have a newborn or teenager, providing peer support, a chat and a cuppa.

Children aged 0-5 are welcome and we have plenty toys to explore and activities to keep babies & toddlers busy.

Tea, coffee and light refreshments are provided, all free of charge.

There will also be other freebies available to help yourself to and we provide clean, well stocked baby changing facilities.

Please feel free to pop in/out any at time between 10-11.30 or stay for the full session.
