Introduction to Handguns, Women Only Class

Hi ladies! I invite you to join me on the range to empower yourself with some firearms education and training. This is an exclusive women’s only event! This is only a basic introduction to firearms course and no prior experience is required. I promise you’ll leave feeling empowered, inspired, and confident in your ability to safely handle a firearm. This is a BASIC introduction to firearms course and will be taught by a female instructor, Christy Painchaud. It will consist of a balance of intellectual knowledge in the classroom and hands-on instruction and practical application on the range.

Training Objectives:

Firearms safety & responsibilities, Characteristics & capabilities, Ammunition considerations, Safe operation & clearing, Loading & unloading and Foundational marksmanship

Details:

All firearms and ammunition will be provided.

If you wish to bring your own firearm and ammo (please bring a box of 50 rounds) for familiarization, please feel free to do so. Just be sure to unload it before you arrive in the classroom.

Hearing and eye protection are provided but feel free to bring your own if you have it.

Please wear closed toe shoes and comfortable clothing.

We will have an hour lunch break. So, there will be sufficient time if you plan to leave for lunch or you can pack one and enjoy lunch at the beautiful pond at the club.
