All registrations and payments made for this event are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, or travel issues.
Your payment confirms your participation and helps us make prior logistical, venue, and catering arrangements.

🔸 2. Ticket Transfer Option

If you are unable to attend the event after registering, you may transfer your ticket to another eligible participant by informing our support team at least 72 hours before the event date.
The new participant’s name and contact details must be shared via email or WhatsApp for verification.

🔸 3. Event Rescheduling or Cancellation

In the unlikely event of rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances (venue, weather, or government restrictions), your ticket will remain valid for the new date.
If the event is canceled by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund of the ticket amount within 7–10 working days.

🔸 4. No-Show Policy

Participants who do not attend the event (without prior intimation) will be considered a no-show, and no refund or transfer will be provided.

The organizers reserve the right to make changes in event schedule, venue, or content due to operational requirements.
