The walk then shows how climate, traditions, and community life decide how homes, temples, and public spaces are built, and how these spaces, in turn, shape the way people live together.Next, we step into the handicrafts section, where learning is more specific in terms of materials and colours looking at everyday objects of use. They move through different stalls, children discover region-specific crafts of India—from textiles and pottery to metalwork and woodcraft—understanding how each craft reflects the culture and geography of its region. By the end of the walk, the children are able to relate handicrafts with climate, culture and geography.
