Trick or Treat Rest Stop on 16th Street

New Cumberland's Trick-or-Treating is on Thursday, October 30 from 6-8pm. Be sure to stop by our Rest Stop on 16th Street for a choice of a bag of candy or chips, hot cocoa, bathrooms, and a quiet place to warm up or take a break! Stop by or stay a while for some boo-tiful fun! We will also have a safety tent on the corner, should any children get lost or need first aid.
