I introduce you to pastel by doing several projects. As a warm up, you will learn how to shade a sunset sky. You will also learn how to create the illusion of water, including the ocean, a pond, and a meandering creek. You will also be shown how to "paint" landforms and details. You will have some time to experiment and practice, before starting your own final 11x14” pastel landscape that is 100% your own unique creation.
