If you are new, this is an opportunity to get to know us and experience how modern mind–body education is delivered here. 

If you are an ongoing member, you’re invited to come through, reconnect, and settle in before the series begins.

Simply select a sample class—we look forward to seeing you there.

Most sample classes are approximately 45 minutes and may require bringing your own supplies.
