An Empowering Seminar on Leadership, Mental Wellness, and Resiliency
The Post Traumatic Purpose Seminar is a powerful and impactful training experience designed specifically for first responders, military members, and their families. This seminar focuses on transforming trauma into purpose, strengthening resiliency, and fostering leadership both on and off duty.
Hosted by the Fraternal Order of Police North Central Lodge #33, this event brings together law enforcement officers, firefighters, EMS professionals, dispatchers, corrections personnel, active duty and former military members, and the spouses or partners of all attendees for an honest and meaningful discussion about the realities of service, stress, and recovery.
Those who serve—whether in public safety or the military—are routinely exposed to critical incidents, cumulative stress, and experiences that can follow them long after service ends. This seminar provides tools, perspective, and motivation to help participants and their families better understand trauma, strengthen mental wellness, and build resilience through shared experience and practical strategies.
