No matter where you’re at on your journey, you’re welcome to attend this grief medicine, which will focus on tuning into our hearts and opening up to receive healing from the other side and from each other.Together, we will journey together through sound, writing, heart centered sharing, and gentle movement. All parts of you are welcome here. This is a judgment free zone. Please note that this isn’t a replacement for therapy, so no advice will be given, but you will leave with resources to support you in your grief journey.* Doors close at 7:10pm, so please be on time.** No show attendee fees are not refundable*** You’re welcome to bring a photo or a sentimental item to place on the altar to honor those we love.**** Feel free to bring a yoga mat, pillows, or blankets to lay down for meditation. She’s passionate about helping others in need. She works as a support group facilitator at an addiction recovery center. She leads Recovery Dharma and SMART Recovery groups.
