WELCOME to The Sacred E-Merge Dance!!!!
It is a guided movement gathering devoted to deep connection with self and others. We move with care, curiosity, and clear consent — weaving community through dance, contact, sound, play, and presence. This is a space to explore the sacred meeting place where you merge with your own truth and with the living pulse of the group.
Sober dance, talking can be very softly in the cuddle corner hall space:) If we have more then 20 people signed up we will move it to a larger space! Please RSVP by March 10th! The sooner the better!

Opening cacao ceremony to soften, ground, and open the heart
3 guided movement practices to learn during class and play with during the jam
Contact improvisation with a twist
Learn 2 accessible acro yoga positions
Conscious cuddle space with consent education and clear boundaries
Live or curated music, spaciousness, and community connection
