What to expect:

🧘‍♀️ A fun, all-levels yoga flow and sound bath – no experience needed

🎶 A curated playlist featuring Bad Bunny, Latin beats & feel-good energy

🌞The vibe of movement, music, and community con un poco de sazón.

*This event is catered to a 21+ crowd. All are welcome! Class will begin at 2pm and end with a sound bath - 45mins total. Coffee and refreshments to follow.

🧘 BYO mat - Although there is no dress code for the event, tropical prints are encouraged. Other suggested props include yoga blanket, block, and eye pillow.
