- **Event Description**: No matter what level of ATS you are, going back to Square 1 .......or Circle 1........ is always a good thing!  Review of the basics helps us to reconnect and and strengthen our ATS roots.  
This workshop will cover the beginngs : Puja, posture and stance, Basic moves (slow and fast) and basic zill rhythm (Longa).   However, we will also explore the more skilled moves and combos, different zill rhythms (Military, Baladi and Alternating) and end with some playful moves to dance in the Circle/Wheel.  
 
All levels of ATS are welcome!  Basic Bellydance experience and knowledge is highly recommended.
