Summer Break: Trapeze? Yes, Please!

Join any (or all!) of our Summer Break workshops to learn fundamental tricks, tips, and techniques in every category: from Aerial to Pole Fitness, Circus, Dance, and Yoga - this Summer we're doing it all! During this workshop we will focus on the Trapeze: Sitting, standing, spinning, and hanging upside down (if that’s something you’re comfortable with, of course!) on our Dance Trapeze.

All of our Summer Break workshops are suitable for both first-time students and more experienced athletes or dancers. No experience or other prerequisites are required! These workshops are for adults, so if you are having trouble registering, please make sure that your birthday is on file or shoot us a message!
