Rest & Restore offers a gentle space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with your body ?‍♀️. Guided by trauma‑sensitive practices, this session supports survivors and community members who want calm, grounding movement.

By registering, you’re stepping into Hesed Place’s mission of kindness, holistic trauma healing, and community care. And with your $15 purchase, you also receive access to a month of unlimited ENGAGE workshops. 

Please arrive 15 minutes early.  Come as you are, move at your own pace, and leave with simple practices you can carry into everyday life ?.

Take time to slow down, breathe, and reconnect in a supportive and predictable environment designed to promote healing, safety, and balance.

Through mindful movement, breathing exercises, and Yoga Nidra (guided rest), participants are encouraged to:• Soothe the nervous system• Ease the body’s stress response• Support self-regulation and grounding• Experience deeper calm and restorative rest• Reconnect with the body in a safe, gentle way

No yoga experience needed.  Mat provided.  Accommodations can be made for physical limitations, please discuss with Micah before the workshop begins.  

Just a willingness to slow down, breathe, and explore gentle practices that support healing, balance, and connection.

**Each ticket purchase grants unlimited access to ALL Hesed Place ENGAGE workshops for a month!  Calendar of events will be provided. 

ENGAGE is grounded in Interpersonal Neurobiology - which simply means that the brain is a social organ and that healing happens best through safe, supportive connection with others. Our workshops are designed to create welcoming spaces where people can learn, grow, create, and connect without pressure or judgment.
