Each workshop with Becca, music therapist, is more than making music together—it’s a hands-on way to experience the principles behind ENGAGE and Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB).

🧠 Supports brain-body connection — Rhythm engages the brain, body, movement, attention, and sensory systems at the same time.

🤝 Connection happens through co-regulation — Making music together requires us to listen, respond, adjust, and find a shared rhythm. These shared experiences can help us feel connected and regulated with others.

🎶 Rhythm creates a shared experience — We don't have to know each other well or be musicians. We can connect through something as simple as a beat.

❤️ Creates a safe space for expression — Music can provide a way to express and experience emotions without having to find the "right" words.

🌱 Builds new experiences — ENGAGE is about creating meaningful, positive experiences that support connection, curiosity, and growth.

🧩 Engages the whole person — Body, mind, emotions, relationships, creativity, and even a sense of belonging can all be part of the experience.
