If so, consider becoming a member of the New Bern Outdoor Adventure Club (NBOAC).   Meet our members and make new friends! 

Join us for our Annual Great Chili Cook-off this Saturday, February 21st at the Canal Shelter (the one on the right as you enter the park)in Martin Marietta Park, New Bern. 

Meet and greet starts at 11:00 am, eat delicious award winning chili at 12 noon, and help us pick this years winner(s) at 1:00 pm.

Dust off that old family recipe! 

If chili is not your specialty, please feel free to bring a side dish like cornbread, desserts, or other sides (surprise us!!). Please remember to bring your own beverages, and a way to keep your chili warm.
