Thursday Hills

Meet at the Buttonwood Park Warming House for a hill workout. We’ll run over towards NBHS and run up and down and up and down the hills over there. Straight from the park and through one set of hills is about 5 miles. Do as many or as few repeats as you want, add on park loops for extra distance.

If icy, we’ll find a safe road route.

Please wear appropriate lights and reflective gear for the season.
