Start the morning connecting to the pulse with a grounding meditation and restorative stretch that gradually moves into a rejuvenating yoga flow. A soothing song list and extended sound-supported shavasana is woven into this harmonizing morning practice designed to melt away the previous week’s stress and reawaken your optimal pranic flow for the weekend ahead.
