The Space Within is a series of intimate monthly Kundalini Yoga, Meditation and Gong immersions designed to give you that space.

Each two-hour experience explores a different seasonal theme through a carefully curated combination of Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, mantra, meditation and deep relaxation with the healing sounds of the gong. These are not weekly yoga classes. They're spacious, immersive experiences where you can step away from the demands of everyday life, shift your energy and reconnect with yourself.

With only six places available at each immersion, the experience is personal, welcoming and supportive. No previous experience of Kundalini Yoga is needed—come exactly as you are.

Summer draws to a close, routines return and there's often a strong pull to get organised, be productive and dive straight back into doing. But before rushing into the months ahead, what if you gave yourself permission to pause first?

This September immersion is an opportunity to clear the mental clutter, release stagnant energy and reconnect with yourself before stepping into a new season.

Through Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, meditation and the restorative sounds of the gong, you'll create space to slow down, reset your nervous system and move forwards with greater clarity and intention.

Whether you're feeling scattered, overwhelmed, low in energy or simply ready for a fresh start, you'll leave feeling calmer, clearer and more grounded.

What to expect:

- Gentle yet powerful Kundalini Yoga
- Breathwork (Pranayama)
- Meditation and mantra
- Deep relaxation with the gong
- A small, supportive group of just six participants

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion and anything else that will help you feel warm and comfortable during relaxation.
