Marie will lead an intuitively guided ceremony that promotes a sense of BELONGING & INCLUSIVITY. You will have the opportunity to work intuitively with the healing frequencies of natural Elixirs, tonics & balms like Rose, Lavender, Hawthorn, Blue Lotus, Elderberry. Lovingly foraged from our native lands & hedgerows to support your body, heart & soul. THE DANCE JOURNEY: A barefoot freeform, intuitive movement practice combined to uplifting & liberating soundwave to help you loosen up & let go on the dancefloor. Reconnecting you with YOUR DANCE. Your birthright. Your wildness. Conscious Dance is based on the wisdom that our bodies know how they need and want to move in order to heal, strengthen, release stress and be nourished. This drum, made in Africa, has been imported especially for our dancing community. He is big & beautiful and sits in the centre of the dancefloor for anyone to play if it calls you. 'TRUTH' is our beautiful Owl Spirit guide Medicine Drum. She is a 20' inch frame drum with a lot of power! These drums are for everyone, whether you have ever banged a drum or not, to bring more rhythm into our bodies & lives, like the ancient ways of community used to be. Let us remember our connection to the drum. It is so magical & empowering when someone chooses to play it during our dance journey. There is no obligation to play of course but if you feel drawn to, go for it :-) CLOSING CIRCLE/ COMMUNITY SOCIAL We finish with a closing circle and there will be community time at the end to connect & make new dancing friends & connections.
