During the event, students will rotate through 1:1 conversations with employers for networking, informal interviews, and entry-level screening. Employers are encouraged to bring active job requisitions and/or share application links ahead of time to maximize engagement.About the WorkAdvance Manufacturing & Production BootcampThe WorkAdvance Manufacturing & Production Bootcamp is an accelerated, 120-hour, eight-week training program designed to prepare new talent for entry-level roles across Central Ohio’s manufacturing and production sector.Through a combination of hands-on labs, industry-recognized safety training, and professional skill development, participants build the foundational competencies required to succeed in modern, technology-enabled production environments.Training & Skills OutcomesParticipants complete technical training aligned to manufacturing fundamentals, safety standards, measurement and quality practices, blueprint reading, and Lean methodologies.
