In this class, we'll explore the luxurious world of rich Brioche and the swirly wonders of Babka, all while harnessing the power of sourdough fermentation for an extra flavor kick. You'll learn how to create rich, buttery Brioche braids that are as beautiful to look at as they are to eat. And for the Babka? Get ready to twist and turn your dough into scrumptious, chocolatey swirls (or another flavor of your choice) that'll have everyone asking for your secret. ?

But that's not all, folks! We'll cover the nitty-gritty of working with enriched dough and why together dough behaves differently.?

Whether you're a seasoned baker or just starting out, this class is perfect for anyone looking to up their sourdough game. So, come join us for an evening of fun, flour, and fermentation. You'll leave with the confidence to bake these goodies at home and the joy of having made new friends who love baking as much as you do! ?

WHAT TO EXPECT:

During class, we’ll practice portioning out dough, practice using a bench knife, practice shaping a braid and babka and working with filled dough. There’s plenty of time for Q & A and support from instructor for 30 days following your course.

 ?a baby brioche and baby babka to bake at home
 ?New high quality bench knife
 ?Pastry brush
 ?Recipe booklet

Note: This class is good for ages 13+.
Classes are non-refundable once booked. Seats may be transferred to another person but not to another date. All sales are final. Limited seats.
