Chef Mike Bowe of the Red Yeti is back for another Bourbon Dinner. This time he is partnering with Peerless Distillery to bring you a menu that will pair beautifully with the Bourbon Tasting.
First Course: 🥕(Rye) - Charred Heirloom Carrots, Mascarpone, Salsa Macha, Roasted Hazelnuts & Pine nuts
Second Course: 🦆(Small Batch) - Duck Confit, Sorghum, Johnny Cakes, Shaved Fennel & Apple Slaw
Third Course: 🥩 (Double Oak) - Balsamic Braised Beef Short Rib, Tart Cherry Jam, Whipped Butternut Squash, Crispy Black Kale
Fourth Course: 🥃 🍨 (Toasted) - Oak Barrel Ice
