A time for stillness to open & calm the mind & connect with Life force energy. Advanced meditation practitioner & spiritual director, Jane Ritz, will curate the space to comfortably drop into a meditative state. She will guide the beginning and ending of the meditation so you can relax into a timeless space of peace. Any and all levels of meditation experience are welcomed.Bring mat, water, & journal.

Whether you're a seasoned meditator or just starting out, all are welcome to participate.
