Start your day off on the right foot with Yoga: Presented by New Balance. This Vinyasa-style flow will focus on flexibility, strengthening, and deepening the connection between mind and body. Whether you practice yoga regularly or are trying it for the first time, this yoga is for you! All levels are welcome.
Please bring your own yoga mat. If you do not have a yoga mat, one will be provided for you at the NYRR RUNCENTER. Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for setup so the class can start on schedule.
