This workshop will focus on the individual parts of the back: muscles, spine, fascia & everything else. Enjoy a practice that will gently release the back through slow and carefully designed sequencing. Learn exercises to strengthen your back on a daily basis and enjoy a calming practice that will help you fully relax. This workshop is suitable for all levels & stages. No experience required.
